Crushed Lip Color
brand experience – product launch, guideline.
For the launch of Crushed Lip Color, I led the adaptation of Bobbi Brown’s global retail strategy across the EMEA region.
The objective was to translate the brand’s global guidelines into a cohesive retail program that could address the specific needs of each market while preserving Bobbi Brown’s premium and contemporary identity.
This resulted in the development of a comprehensive set of merchandising and retail guidelines, covering a wide range of in-store assets. Podiums, window displays, retail furniture, merchandising tools, communication materials, event activations, and market-specific gifts with purchase were designed to provide local teams with a flexible toolkit tailored to their individual needs.
Every element was carefully developed to ensure a consistent brand experience while allowing each market the flexibility to adapt the launch according to its commercial objectives and local opportunities.
Beyond the creation of individual assets, this project reflects a holistic approach to retail design, where creative direction, deployment strategy, and operational excellence come together to deliver a seamless brand experience across every touchpoint. From window displays to events, merchandising to promotional materials, every detail was designed to strengthen the product launch and express the Bobbi Brown brand consistently throughout the EMEA region.
