For the Sisley Paris corner at Galeries Lafayette Paris, I collaborated closely with the brand’s architect to create a unique retail environment where merchandising plays a central role in the overall brand experience.

The objective was to design a space tailored to the specific ambitions of this flagship department store location, positioned between a traditional retail corner and the immersive experience of a Maison Sisley. Every intervention was conceived to deliver a richer, more intuitive, and more premium customer journey while showcasing the brand’s different product categories.

A significant number of merchandising displays were developed exclusively for this location. The entire Lip category is supported by bespoke display units designed to highlight both hero products and new launches through a clear, category-led merchandising approach. Each skincare collection also benefits from its own dedicated display, custom-designed to express the identity of each range while supporting product storytelling in a refined and engaging way.

Beyond their display function, these bespoke merchandising elements help shape the customer journey and reinforce the brand’s presence throughout the space. Every fixture was designed to integrate seamlessly with the architecture of the corner, creating a balance between aesthetics, education, and commercial performance.

This project reflects a holistic approach to retail design, where architecture, bespoke merchandising, and customer experience come together to create a distinctive destination. By adapting every element to the unique characteristics of the location and its audience, the space offers a premium retail experience that elevates the Sisley universe beyond the conventions of a traditional department store corner.
